About me
My devotional life work is to show up in service of my community, my PEOPLE. I carry a deep passion for weaving together trauma-informed care, sacred space and transformative justice. I have had the privilege of being a circle keeper and facilitator in community settings & non-profits and aim to weave this work into all that I do.
So much of my joy has been in holding space to help clients navigate community connection, tender relationships (of all forms), gender identity, and just human-ing as a whole. My areas of specialty include:

I hold a deep commitment to decolonizing the work that I do and this field. Of course this practice is ever deepening and I am not complete & certainly not perfect (nor ever will be)! Being in community and in this tender work is an exercise in love and devotion - we can all keep showing up and leave this world better than we found it.

Individual Therapy
Being able to explore and deeply dive into the psyche allows all of us to live more fully into our authentic selves.
Individual sessions provide the space for you to focus on yourself, heal and transform the parts of you that are ready to evolve.
Couples, Family & Group Therapy
How we build community and learn to trust, depend on, and love each other is a life-long practice. Therapy in this sense provides a practice space and the ability to witness the systems we are apart of from a new vantage point so we can repair, rebuild and reconnect with our people.
Classes & Workshops
Through our classes and workshops we take a deep dive into a specific topic or material to give space for practicing, discussing, teaching and learning from each other. We approach learning from an embodied, connected space that gives way to easier integration of the material we work with.
Ritual & Ceremony
Honoring life through ritual and ceremony is a natural expression of gratitude for this animal body experience we're having. They help us tap into the magic of what it means to be alive. These are devotional practices that allow the soul to speak, be remembered and help us all reconnect to the sacred.

I do not accept insurance at this time but may in the future - I will be sure to update this FAQ if things change! from kyrsti: I choose not to panel with insurance to prioritize the best care for my clients. Insurance companies often dictate treatment, require a diagnosis that stays on your medical record, and undervalue both the client and provider. By remaining independent, I can offer personalized, ethical, and effective therapy without limitations on your care.

Sessions range from $100–$160, depending on length and type. Please see my pricing page for a more detailed menu of my services and offerings. I have limited sliding scale spaces available, but please be sure to let me know if cost is a barrier and we can try to come up with something that works for you

from kyrsti: I offer coaching services to clients who reside all over the U.S. While coaching is similar to therapy, there are some differences. But you may achieve similar results.

HELL YES. As a queer person myself, its a joy and honor to work with LGBTQ+ folks. We’re here to become fully ourselves and it is a privilege to work with people willing to BE themselves in a world that often doesn’t want them to.

I primarily work online but do have limited availability on Saturdays in person at The Healing Sanctuary in Portland, CT. Don’t fret though, whether in person or online, you will get the same me!
